The Team Manager serves as a brand ambassador, leading and mentoring the team while building client relationships and achieving sales goals. This role ensures clients receive an outstanding experience and that the team consistently represents the brand's values.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members, identifying individual and team training needs.
• Build client relationships and support business development and sales goals.
• Manage selling and the sales floor to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Create and deliver action plans to improve business and product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team engagement.
• Oversee store operations.
