Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Open new customer rewards accounts and build customer loyalty
• Maintain a customer-ready department through organization and cleanliness
• Keep current with beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
