Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customer beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions and build strong vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in rewards programs
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment in collaboration with the team

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Ability to connect with customers, show empathy during applications, and handle customer concerns
• Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort working in a commissioned sales environment
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through; flexible to work evenings and weekends
