Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Recruit and build customer loyalty by opening new rewards accounts
- Keep counter organized, clean, and customer ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
