Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products and solutions
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support business results
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open new rewards accounts
- Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer ready presentation
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
- Ability to connect with customers, handle concerns, and build a customer following
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort working in a commissioned sales environment
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
