Summary
Manage a Lancôme beauty counter within the Nordstrom Beauty Department to deliver personalized beauty experiences, drive sales, and build customer relationships through in-store and digital selling. Serve as both salesperson and educator while maintaining counter presentation and executing vendor events and promotions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customer beauty goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges while promoting Nordstrom Rewards enrollment
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
- Maintain counter organization and cleanliness to keep department customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends product knowledge through trainings
