Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open new customer reward program accounts to build loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Maintain counter organization and cleanliness to keep department customer-ready
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare and current trends
- Excellent customer connection skills and ability to handle concerns empathetically
- Strong multitasking, organization and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
