Summary

Manage an assigned beauty brand counter delivering personalized makeup and skincare experiences while driving sales through in-store and digital channels. Lead vendor events and maintain counter presentation to create a welcoming, customer-focused environment. Coach and collaborate with the beauty team to meet individual and counter sales goals and build customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
• Achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Handle sales transactions including refunds exchanges and Nordstrom Rewards enrollment
• Keep the department organized clean and customer ready
• Stay current on beauty trends products and brand trainings
