Assistant Boutique Director - Soho

Summary

The Assistant Boutique Director supports the Boutique Director in leading the boutique team, supervising operations, and acting as the boutique leader in the Director's absence. This role focuses on team leadership, operational excellence, client relationship development, and driving omnichannel business performance to meet boutique targets.

Responsibilities

• Organize team briefings and maintain high motivation and product knowledge
• Coach sales staff on the floor and identify training needs
• Support recruitment and induction of new team members
• Supervise boutique environment standards and team grooming
• Oversee stock management tasks and compliance with policies
• Monitor CRM targets and supervise client database follow up
• Lead by example to drive sales and omnichannel engagement
• Assist in analyzing sales figures and co create action plans
• Participate in commercial activities and propose business improvements

Requirements

• Proven retail leadership experience consistent with an Assistant Boutique Director
• Strong coaching and team development skills
• Experience with store operations and stock management
• Familiarity with CRM and client relationship management
• Ability to analyze sales data and contribute to business planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of luxury retail standards and boutique environment expectations
