Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and service at an assigned beauty brand counter, delivering personalized makeup and skincare experiences while driving counter performance. This role balances selling, coaching, and vendor collaboration to build customer loyalty and meet sales goals both in-store and through digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customers' beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and in-store activations
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
• Oversee sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards enrollment
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation
