The Beauty Counter Manager provides personalized beauty experiences, maximizes sales for an assigned beauty brand, and leads vendor events and counter operations within the store. Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and set personal and counter sales goals
- Utilize in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to drive results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain counter organization and cleanliness to keep department customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
