Manage a luxury beauty counter delivering personalized makeup and skincare consultations while driving sales and building customer relationships. Act as both salesperson and educator, meeting sales goals through in-store and digital engagement and coordinating vendor events and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products
• Provide personalized consultations to build customer loyalty and open rewards accounts
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain counter organization and cleanliness to keep department customer ready
