Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
• Recommend products and services to achieve customer beauty goals
• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use selling tools including text and social media to engage customers
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to be customer ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
