Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and sell luxury beauty products through in-store and digital channels. Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses while building customer relationships and contributing to a welcoming team environment. Drive sales through appointments, events, and effective use of text and social media to expand customer following.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Recommend products and set achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Use text and social media to engage customers and build a following
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Open new customer reward accounts to build loyalty
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Participate in trainings to stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
• Excellent customer connection and proactive problem solving skills
• Empathy and respect for customers during services
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through
• Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort using technology for selling
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Prior retail or beauty sales experience preferred
