Summary

Provide personalized lingerie and bra fitting services to customers, combining product knowledge and styling to build lasting relationships and drive sales both in-store and through digital channels. Maintain a customer-ready department by assisting with merchandising, order filling, and light maintenance while participating in ongoing training to stay current on products and fit techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate sizes and styles.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow up via text and social media.
• Achieve individual and department sales goals and participate in performance incentives.
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns.
• Maintain a clean and customer-ready fitting area and sales floor.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer experiences and share product knowledge.
• Participate in training to continuously improve product and fit expertise.
