Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses for customers
• Recommend products to meet customers beauty goals
• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use selling tools including text and social media to drive sales
• Book appointments and support beauty events and services
• Process sales transactions refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization cleanliness and customer readiness
• Keep current on beauty trends products and brand knowledge
• Open new customer accounts and build loyalty
