Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
- Recommend products and set to achieve individual and department sales goals
- Sell both in-store and digitally using text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open new customer reward accounts to build loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Participate in trainings to maintain product and industry knowledge
