Designer Dedicated Salesperson

Summary

Drive sales and represent the brand through one-on-one customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, and appointment based selling. Build lasting customer relationships, support team selling goals for both in-store and digital channels, and participate in trainings to develop expertise.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use selling tools including text and social media and manage reservations
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide styling advice on fit value and wardrobe coordination
• Conduct and participate in product knowledge meetings and trainings
• Support departmental readiness through stocking remerchandising displays and markdowns
• Drive appointment based selling during events and non event times
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow sales

• Familiarity reading sales reports and using data to meet goals
