Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend on-trend and luxury beauty products to maximize sales
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Engage customers through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media
- Set and achieve sales goals and use selling tools effectively
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
