Summary

Provide personalized makeup and skincare experiences for customers as a Beauty Sales team member at the MAC counter in International Plaza. Engage customers in-store and digitally to recommend products, perform makeup applications, and build lasting customer relationships. The role focuses on achieving sales goals while maintaining a welcoming and organized department.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customers' beauty goals
• Engage customers to build loyalty both in-store and through digital channels, including text and social media
• Set and achieve individual and team sales goals and participate in beauty events and services
• Book appointments, manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges, and enroll customers in rewards programs
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness and stay current on product and trend knowledge through training

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Ability to connect with customers, handle concerns with empathy, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills with a drive to achieve sales targets
• Willingness to use technology and networking for digital selling and to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to be active for 6-8 hours per shift with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
