Summary

As a Retail Salesperson focused on women's apparel at International Plaza, you will drive sales through in-store and digital selling while cultivating lasting customer relationships. You will set and achieve sales goals, provide confident styling and fit advice, and use networking and technology to grow your customer following. The role requires flexibility to work varying schedules and occasionally support other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels, including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and product
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning to keep the department customer-ready
• Work collaboratively with the team and adapt to flexible schedules and occasional cross-department duties
• Perform physical tasks including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
