Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using texting and social media
• Cultivate and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide styling guidance and confident product recommendations on fit and fashion
• Support department operations including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and promote loyalty program participation
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
