Provide personalized beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare analysis, and product recommendations for luxury and on-trend beauty brands. Engage customers both in-store and digitally to drive sales, build loyalty, and meet performance goals. Collaborate with the team to maintain an inclusive, organized environment and support beauty events and services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer beauty goals.
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, using text and social media as selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges and open rewards accounts to build customer loyalty.
• Maintain department presentation, organization, and cleanliness while collaborating with team members to create a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to connect with customers, handle concerns empathetically, and build a customer following.
• Strong multitasking, organization, follow-through, and interest in using technology to sell.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours, perform frequent bending and reaching, and lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
