Responsibilities

• Apply makeup, analyze skincare needs, and recommend products.
• Build customer relationships and support sales through in-store and digital channels.
• Book appointments, promote beauty events, and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty trends and products.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges and encourage Nordstrom Rewards enrollment.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup, skincare, and customer service.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing and moving for 6-8 hours per shift and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
