Summary

The Watch and Jewelry Consultant represents Piaget and delivers exceptional service to clients. This role drives sales performance and develops lasting client relationships while supporting boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs, develop prospective clientele, and build a loyal client base.
• Provide exceptional client service, product knowledge, and after-sales support.
• Maintain client records and follow up with clients, prospects, and reservations.
• Support boutique operations, inventory management, visual merchandising, events, and administrative tasks.
• Finalize sales in SAP and follow all boutique procedures and standards.

Requirements

• Five to ten years of experience in luxury retail and/or the service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Professional presentation, reliability, initiative, and a collaborative team approach.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to change.
