Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses while driving both in-store and digital sales through appointments and social selling. Maintain a welcoming, organized environment and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and support beauty events.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations to recommend products based on customers' beauty goals
• Engage customers to build relationships and grow a customer following in-store and digitally
• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools including text and social media
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in rewards programs
• Keep the department customer-ready through organization, cleanliness, and product knowledge

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and current product trends
• Excellent ability to connect with customers, handle concerns proactively, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Empathy and respect for all customers during hands-on services
• Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and follow-through
• Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in using networking and technology for selling
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and perform physical duties including continuous movement and lifting up to 25 pounds
