Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products to meet customers' beauty goals.
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media tools.
• Book appointments, support beauty events, and build customer loyalty.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and keep the department organized and customer-ready.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
