Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers in a busy department store environment. Deliver makeup applications and skincare analyses while driving sales through in-store and digital engagement. Maintain a welcoming, organized space and support team goals through appointments, events, and loyalty account growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and provide skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
• Recommend products and build customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Set and achieve individual and team sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with loyalty account enrollment
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Ability to connect with customers, handle concerns empathetically, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
• Drive to meet sales goals and comfort using networking and digital selling tools
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to be on your feet 6-8 hours, perform frequent bending/reaching, and lift up to 25 pounds
