Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and routines based on beauty analyses and trends
- Engage customers to build a following and drive sales in-store and via digital tools
- Book appointments and promote in-store beauty events and services
- Set and achieve individual sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and customer-ready presentation
