Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses for customers
- Recommend products based on customers beauty goals
- Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital selling
- Use selling tools including text and social media to build customer following
- Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Open new customer rewards program accounts to build loyalty
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and proactive problem solving skills
- Empathy and respect when providing makeup and skincare services
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through abilities
- Drive to meet sales goals and interest in networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks
- Frequent use of hands for fine manipulation and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
