Responsibilities
- Advise customers on styling and wardrobe selection across departments and price points
- Use in-store interactions and digital tools to engage customers and share curated looks
- Set appointments and follow up with customers to grow predictable sales
- Promote new arrivals, events, and loyalty programs to customers
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise presentation
- Sell throughout multiple departments and adapt to changing inventory and trends
- Leverage social media and technology to build a personal client base
Requirements
- Styling knowledge and ability to advise on complete wardrobe solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on sales and client development
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and move 6-8 hours per shift and perform lifting up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable using digital tools for customer engagement
