Summary

Provide personalized beauty experiences by conducting makeup applications and skincare analyses while maximizing sales for luxury and on-trend beauty brands. Build customer relationships both in-store and digitally through appointments, events, and social media to drive sales and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations, recommending products tailored to customer goals.
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including use of text and social media.
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services.
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open new rewards accounts to build customer loyalty.
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and brand training.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent ability to connect with customers, handle concerns proactively, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology for digital selling.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to be on your feet and move continuously for 6-8 hours, perform frequent bending, reaching, and lift up to 25 pounds.
