Beauty Sales - Park Meadows

Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and services to customers, focusing on luxury skincare and makeup. Drive sales both in-store and digitally through relationship building, product recommendations, and appointment-based services. Maintain a welcoming, organized department and stay current on product and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customers' beauty goals
• Set and achieve individual sales goals through in-store and digital selling using text and social media
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards account enrollment
• Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and customer-ready presentation
• Participate in trainings and collaborate with team members and brand partners to enhance product knowledge

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Ability to connect with customers, handle concerns empathetically, and build a customer following
• Drive to meet sales goals and aptitude for using digital selling tools and social media
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours, frequently bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds
