Responsibilities

• Provide superior service and build client loyalty through personal connection and trust.
• Achieve sales targets by sharing product knowledge, offering services, and capturing client data.
• Resolve client concerns, communicate upcoming events, and support event participation.
• Maintain product knowledge, complete ongoing learning, and uphold visual merchandising and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver consistent client experiences and support business results.

Requirements

• Passion for cosmetics, fragrance, beauty products, and client experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Professional, adaptable, eager to learn, and committed to excellent service.
• Artistry skills and direct brand experience are preferred; foreign language skills are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 5 pounds and stand for extended periods; full-time, in-store presence is required.
