Summary

Deliver personalized beauty experiences at the Le Labo counter by understanding customers' needs and recommending products that support their beauty goals. Build customer relationships and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Meet in-store and digital sales goals using available selling tools, including text and social media.
• Book appointments, support beauty events and services, and build customer loyalty.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges; maintain an organized, customer-ready department.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
