Provide personalized beauty consultations and makeup applications to create exceptional customer experiences in a store-based beauty environment. Engage customers both in-person and digitally to recommend makeup and skincare products, set and achieve sales goals, and support beauty events and services. Maintain product knowledge and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer goals
• Engage customers to build relationships and drive both in-store and digital sales using text and social media
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services to increase sales
• Manage transactions including sales, refunds, and exchanges while promoting customer loyalty programs
• Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready and participate in trainings to stay current on trends and products

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Ability to connect with customers, handle concerns empathetically, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through with a drive to achieve sales goals
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift, frequently use hands, and lift items up to 25 pounds
