- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Engage customers digitally using text and social media to build a customer following
- Set and achieve individual and team sales goals
- Manage transactions including sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain department organization cleanliness and customer-ready presentation
