Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend and sell beauty products from luxury brands
- Use digital tools including text and social media to drive in-store and online sales
- Book appointments and support beauty events and services
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and rewards program enrollment
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to remain customer ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong customer service and ability to connect with diverse customers
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds and perform frequent reaching and bending
