- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and services from on-trend and luxury beauty brands
- Use text and social media for digital selling and to build a customer following
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
- Set and achieve individual and department sales goals
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and respect
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
