Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer goals

• Sell in-store and digitally using texting and social media tools to meet sales goals
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in rewards programs
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness, keeping it customer-ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
