Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend and sell beauty products from ontrend and luxury brands
- Use digital tools including text and social media to drive sales and build followings
- Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Open new customer reward accounts to build loyalty
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to ensure customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer service and ability to connect with diverse customers
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to meet sales goals and comfort using networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physically able to stand and move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
