Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
• Recommend and demonstrate products from on trend and luxury beauty brands
• Set and achieve sales targets for in-store and digital channels
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Use text and social media to engage customers and build a following
• Manage sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
• Enroll customers in the rewards program to build loyalty
