Summary

The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and cultivates a customer following both digitally and in-store while meeting sales goals. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling and fit guidance with honest confident feedback
• Use text and social media to grow customer following and drive sales
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
