Boutique Director

Summary

The Boutique Director leads the boutique as the primary leader and brand ambassador, responsible for building and developing an exceptional team, delivering elevated client service, and achieving defined business performance targets. This role coaches and mentors boutique leadership, drives sales growth through strategic initiatives, and ensures operational and image standards are maintained. The director represents the boutique in the local market and cultivates client relationships and community partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire boutique leadership and staff to deliver superior client experiences.
• Develop and achieve business goals, partnering with the team and corporate to implement strategic solutions to increase sales.
• Create a positive work environment that fosters feedback, diversity, respect, and teamwork.
• Monitor key performance indicators and continuously improve boutique performance and processes.
• Represent the boutique in the market through community involvement, partnerships, and events to grow the client base.
• Ensure boutique image, operational standards, and merchandising are upheld to brand expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven people leadership and development experience with the ability to coach leaders.
• Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays and to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Requires regular in-store presence to manage teams and operations.
