Boutique Director - Short Hills

As a Boutique Director at Cartier in Short Hills, you will lead and elevate the team to provide exceptional experiences for all clients, achieving or exceeding the boutique's sales goals. You will inspire your team to cultivate ongoing, trusting relationships with clients, driving the Cartier legacy forward.

• Contribute to the overall boutique growth by initiating and leading growth strategy plans.
• Drive sales and care service teams to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Build high-performing teams through strategic talent evaluations and planning.
• Develop and sustain exceptional client relationships through personal expertise.
• Strategize with corporate departments to effectively communicate key messages and business opportunities.
• Ensure successful inventory management and optimize boutique operating expenses.
• Act as a Maison ambassador and uphold the boutique image.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• 7 to 10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Experience in leading leaders and managing direct reports.
• MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Must be available to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
