Department Manager - Women's

As a Department Manager for Women's at Ralph Lauren in New York, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a memorable shopping experience while driving sales and profit performance. You will lead a team that serves as the first and final point of contact for guests, providing guidance and personalized service.

• Oversee sales and profit performance in the Women's department.
• Train and supervise store staff to maximize sales and profit.
• Coach and mentor employees to achieve optimal results.
• Collaborate with the Head of Store to set and achieve sales and margin goals.
• Implement loss prevention procedures and achieve shrinkage goals.
• Execute promotional strategies and programs to support sales objectives.
• Act as a concierge, ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests.
• Partner with Ralph's Coffee team for a seamless guest experience.
• Visit competitors to stay aware of market trends.
• Build relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Execute visual directives and uphold presentation standards.

• College Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5 years of Retail Management Experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Passion for and understanding of luxury retail.
• Familiarity with hospitality business and retail management preferred.
• Proficiency in foreign languages preferred.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to operate the register and stand for multiple hours.
