Boutique Director - Soho

As a Boutique Director at CHANEL's Soho location, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional client service and exceed performance targets. You will act as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive environment and developing a team of leaders.

• Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience.
• Foster a positive working environment and culture of feedback.
• Act as a leader of leaders, developing boutique leadership.
• Develop and achieve business goals in partnership with the boutique team and Home Office.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and develop the client base through community involvement.

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• In-store presence required to develop and coach teams.
