Summary

As a Boutique Facilitator and Client Experience Host at the 57th Street flagship boutique, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, personalized and refined experience. You will manage appointments and guest flow, support events and activations, and collaborate with sales and management to ensure seamless service. The role requires strong communication, discretion with VIPs, and proficiency with CRM and appointment tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create an inviting first impression.
• Anticipate client needs and provide tailored assistance throughout their visit.
• Manage appointment bookings, guest flow, and daily client scheduling using digital tools.
• Support boutique events, private floor activities and special activations.
• Monitor and report on client experience and share insights with management.
• Assist with purchases, transportation logistics and bespoke hospitality for distinguished guests.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Proficiency with digital platforms, including CRM and appointment tools; foreign language skills preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; discretion when engaging with VIPs.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and some holidays.
