Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist during personal shopping appointments and fittings
• Prepare, organize, and maintain merchandise and sample racks for appointments
• Assist with product presentation, styling, and client requests
• Support checkout and transaction processing when needed
• Communicate client preferences and follow up actions to personal shoppers and store teams

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to stand, move, and handle merchandise for extended periods; flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
• Familiarity with luxury retail and styling is a plus
