Seasonal Sales Support at The Landmark delivers exceptional, guest-focused service during the holiday season, welcoming and connecting with clients to create memorable luxury experiences. The role supports sales associates and management by assisting with POS functions, gifting and wrapping, inventory tasks, and special projects to help achieve sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients promptly, ensuring a memorable and on-brand experience
• Enhance the client experience through hospitality and Landmark amenities
• Assist with boxing, wrapping, personalization sales, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies
• Perform POS functions after a client’s purchase as appropriate and keep POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and service goals and perform one-on-one selling ceremonies when required
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Strong interest in sales and customer service
• Availability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Service Channel a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Authorization to work in the United States
